THE LEADERSHIP TEAM

Founder & Managing Director
UK
Chris Powell
Hi, I'm Chris, Managing Director and Founder of Bespoke Mentoring.
I started Bespoke Mentoring because many young people have complicated lives and unique challenges that hold them back, and it’s these individuals who I wanted to support.
My job is part of me and embodies who I am. I'm a people person, I always see the potential in those around me and having six children of my own means I am a great plate spinner! Finding the missing pieces and creating opportunities for everyone is my goal.

Business and Safeguarding Director
UK
Clare King
Hi, I'm Clare. I’m a warm, approachable person who’s passionate about helping others and being there when it matters most.
At Bespoke Mentoring, I lead on safeguarding and also deliver DWP training, always bringing a friendly and enthusiastic attitude to the role.
I’ve worked across all levels of the education system, and every step along the way has brought me here. I love building strong, genuine relationships with our team and partners — it’s a big part of what makes this work so meaningful to me.

Operations and Partnerships Director
UK
Hollie Jones
Hi, I'm Hollie, parent to two lovely children, and someone who's always there to talk and offer support to the whole team at Bespoke.
With degrees in both Business and HR, I Help manage our internal affairs while building positive, purpose driven relationships with external agencies and partners.
I enjoy meeting new people and expanding the amazing work that we do at Bespoke. Problem-solving is something I thrive on – no matter how big the task, I’m always up for the challenge.
OUR MANAGEMENT

SEN & Youth Pathways Manager
Laura Davis
Hi I'm Laura. I am passionate about the people we work with and I have experience working in this sector for over 20 years. Working in various educational roles, being a qualified teacher and assessor helps me to support the development of our Mentee's and mentors to achieve the best outcomes.
Since joining Bespoke it's been wonderful to have the challenge of working on many projects and creating new links.
As a mum of 2 beautiful girls Bespoke enables me to be with them whilst fulfilling my work aspirations with the people who we help support.
I love spending time with my family and enjoy going on new adventures.

Unique Pathways Manager
Meg Walkerdine

I take the time to understand each mentee’s unique situation and enjoy finding creative, personalised ways of working that help them move forward.
Outside of work, I love long walks with my dog and my son. I’m also currently studying Criminal Psychology at university, which continues to deepen my understanding of people and behaviour, both in and outside of my role.

Head of Wellbeing
Roy King

Outside of work, I love relaxing in my garden. I have a wonderful marriage and two sons with with Clare, who also works here at Bespoke as our Business Manager.

Digital & Marketing Manager
Jordan Stevens
Hi, I’m Jordan. I joined Bespoke after working in SEN care and support work for a number of years. I have a background in marketing, so it has been great to combine my experience in both these areas in my current role.
I’m always on the lookout for new digital solutions to improve our workflows and ultimately help us deliver a great service to the people we support. There is a growing need for mentoring support across the UK. Within my role, I help expand our services so that more people can access the support they need.
In my spare time I enjoy to travel, see new places and spend time with Friends and Family.
