Mental health and coping strategies during lockdown
You’re not stuck at home, you’re safe at home. Mindset matters! We’re all struggling one way or another right now. Whether you’re like Chris, who has 6 kids at home and is all of a sudden a teacher again, or like me you’re so used to being outdoors that it’s tough to have your escapism limited.
There are so many potential benefits to us from this lockdown. You only have to check Instagram to see all the new tricks and skills that people are getting creative with. But even if you’re not going to learn how to juggle whilst hanging upside down from the ceiling, there are some simple things you can do to keep on top of your mental health.
