Matti came to Bespoke as a 18-24 mentee, with personal issues coming in the way of school, Matti unfortunately left school without qualifications. In his sessions with Bespoke, Matti has shown a vivid interest in Recycling, so Bespoke helped to support Matti to find a Position in this field
Chris and Andy helped Matti apply to the waste management company, Biffa which was completed and hand delivered to the Manager at a local branch. Over the next sessions, while they waited for a response, they took the time to get out on the bikes together to really get to know Matti as well as making him aware of the importance of staying fit and healthy in the outdoors. Futhermore, Andy helped Matti repair his bike so that he would have adequate transport to his future employment
Since the End of the sessions, Matti has been offered, and began working at his local Biffa site.
